Three weeksStrategic AI Accelerator

Know where AI is worth investing before you spend, hire or build.

In three weeks, establish which business problems deserve action, where AI fits and what the evidence supports. Leave with ranked priorities, clear recommendations and a practical plan showing what should proceed, change, wait or stop.

When the evidence is unclear

Two costly responses to the same uncertainty.

Rush into investment

Investment goes into the wrong problem or solution, wasting money and increasing operational, security and compliance exposure.

Wait without deciding

Worthwhile opportunities remain unrealised while costs rise, capacity tightens and competitors move ahead.

The decision before the investment

Create a defensible basis for action.

Assess each opportunity against your organisation's goals, operating reality and evidence, not the appeal of a tool.

  • 01

which business problems are worth solving

  • 02

where AI belongs and where it does not

  • 03

what should change before technology is introduced

  • 04

    what evidence supports investment

  • 05

which dependencies and gaps must be resolved

  • 06

who owns the decision and result

  • 07

what should proceed, defer, redirect or stop

What you will leave with

Clarity to make the next AI investmentdecision with confidence.

The three-week journey

Comprehensive analysis without weeks of workshops.

Your organisation contributes structured input before and between three focused 90-minute leadership sessions. Analysis, gap identification, targeted follow-up and report preparation happen asynchronously, giving leaders a thorough, company-specific result without pulling teams into continuous workshops.

01 / Context

Build the decision context

Bring together the relevant problems, strategic goals, constraints, data, digital and AI skills, and operating realities, then align the sponsor on the decision boundary.

02 / Analysis

Investigate and resolve what matters

Analyse the information and evidence your organisation provides, ask targeted questions and challenge assumptions. Make clear what supports each recommendation and which data, system or integration questions remain unverified.

03 / Decision

Turn the analysis into action

Finalise the recommendations and reports, then use the executive readout to agree what proceeds, changes, waits or stops.

The Accelerator assesses data quality, system capabilities and integration constraints using information and evidence your organisation provides. It does not directly observe operations, profile data or test integrations. Where the findings justify deeper work, the recommendations identify the specific areas, assumptions and questions for a separate paid investigation before redesign or implementation.

Who this is for

A real decision, an accountable sponsor and evidence to examine.

  • a meaningful business result, capacity problem, cost, delay or risk
  • a decision expected within the next 90 days
  • a named accountable sponsor
  • access to the relevant people and suitable evidence
  • willingness to stop or redirect an attractive idea if the evidence is weak

Value delivered in three weeks

A decision you can act on: proceed, change, wait or stop.

By the final readout, accountable leaders have a shared, company-specific direction, the evidence behind it and clear ownership of what happens next.

Where the evidence supports further investigation

  • full workflow redesign
  • technical data profiling and systems or integration validation
  • on-site observation of operations
  • solution architecture or vendor selection
  • procurement or implementation
  • production deployment
  • specialist legal, compliance, security or regulatory advice

The Accelerator leaves you with recommendations and decision assets you can use independently. Where important operational facts remain unresolved, a separate paid focused operational investigation examines only the areas and questions justified by the findings. It completes the workflow-level evidence needed to decide whether the selected opportunity should move into redesign, change direction, wait or stop.

Questions

Before you apply.

Do we need an AI use case before applying?

No. You need a meaningful business decision or outcome, not a preselected AI idea. The work may show that process change, ordinary automation or no technology investment is the better answer.

Is this a workshop?

No. Three focused 90-minute leadership sessions are supported by structured organisational input and deeper analysis between them. You leave with a decision leaders can act on, not workshop notes.

Is the entire company mapped in three weeks?

No. The Accelerator examines agreed business areas at the level needed to compare opportunities and make the next investment decision. It does not shadow every role or trace every workflow, system and data flow across the organisation. Where an opportunity is selected for deeper investigation, that direct work is scoped separately around the areas and questions identified by the Accelerator.

What happens after the three weeks?

You can stop and use the assets. Where the findings justify direct investigation, LevelUp360 can separately scope a paid focused operational investigation of the selected areas. Workflow redesign, solution definition and implementation follow only where the resulting evidence supports proceeding.

Is grant support available for paid engagements?

For paid engagements, eligible organisations may be able to access up to 80% of eligible costs, capped at €5,000, through Enterprise Ireland's Digital Discovery grant. Funding is subject to eligibility and Enterprise Ireland approval before work starts. The three selected places with no programme fee do not require grant funding.

The next decision

Do not spend, hire or build simply because AI feels urgent.

Establish where it is worth acting, what must be resolved first and why the decision can be defended.
